1) ZKEagle is provided by ZKEagle (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yige Technology"). It helps users manage Bluetooth devices and other products. We understand the importance of personal information to you (hereinafter referred to as "you") and recognize that providing effective protection for your personal information is the cornerstone of our healthy and sustainable business development. 2) We hope this privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use ZKEagle software. Personal information refers to various information recorded electronically or by other means that can identify a specific natural person alone or in combination with other information, or reflect the activities of a specific natural person. ZKEagle respects and protects the personal privacy of all users using the service. Unless otherwise specified in this privacy policy, ZKEagle will not disclose this information to the public or provide it to third parties without your prior permission.

3) When you use third-party products or services through application market products or services, your personal information shall be subject to the third party's privacy terms.

1. When you start using ZKEagle, we will begin collecting data about your use of the application;

2. ZKEagle may obtain your personal information from third parties or business partners through legal means;

To provide you with better product services, ensure network security during use, maintain normal operation of the product, and make optimizations and improvements for the purpose of our information services, after you actively click to agree to this privacy policy and use our information services, in addition to the personal information necessary for ensuring the normal operation of the basic functions of the App as required by national laws and regulations, we will collect other personal information from you:

3.1 To identify risky users, verify user authenticity, and comprehensively prevent fraudulent behavior, each time you open this software, we will read your device information once, including: (Device model, device MAC address, device unique identifiers (IMEI, AndroidID, Device ID, MEID, UUID, GAID, OAID, IDFA, OpenUDID, GUID, IMSI, CCID, MEID, serial number, WiFi SSID and BSSID), read Bluetooth address and IP address, operating system version, operating system name, user login account and password information, etc.;

3.2 When you use our product's services, we may collect certain information through network log information or certain program software. Such information may include: detailed usage of products and services, such as the time you open the application, usage duration, visited page addresses, etc.; device event information, such as crashes, system activities, etc., used to optimize your device and improve our services;

3.3 To identify risky applications on the device and provide safer functional services. Therefore, we need to obtain the list of applications currently running/installed on your device to ensure the normal operation of the product and protect device security.

3.4 To analyze user usage of application functions and judge user authenticity, we need to perform data statistics and will collect the above device information, including device MAC address and device unique identifiers, when your device is in use.

3.5 Device signals: Your device's network status, WiFi access point information, etc.;

3.6 Location information: We may use GPS, WiFi, or other technical methods to collect and process information about your location, used for updating local information, providing content services, etc.;

Explanation:

1) For sensitive personal information among the above, such as user device information (IMEI number, call status, and identification code), GPS location information, photo media content, and file access permissions, we will obtain your consent before collection. For the collection of some non-sensitive information, it may be by default and automatic. You can restrict us from collecting relevant information from your mobile device or using specific permissions by adjusting the "Settings" option of your mobile device. After you restrict us from obtaining a certain permission, we may not be able to continue providing you with the corresponding service and will no longer process your corresponding information.

2) We will not collect your sensitive personal information such as ID card number, personal biometric information, bank account numbers, property information, credit information, health and physiological information, etc.

3) Regarding sensitive permissions: To use the application functions normally, this product needs to obtain the following permissions to provide the relevant functional services of the normal product.

1. Obtain Storage Read/Write Permission

(1) Method of acquisition: Pop-up prompt. The application will only use this permission when the user actively clicks to agree upon permission request.

(2) Purpose and scope of use: Used to scan cached files, thumbnails, etc., in the system, load music resources, product images. To display on the App interface for user viewing and operation.

2. Obtain App Installation List Permission

(1) Method of acquisition: Pop-up prompt. The application will only use this permission when the user actively clicks to agree upon permission request.

(2) Purpose and scope of use: When the application requires advertising promotion services, third-party advertising platforms need to obtain the device's "app software installation list permission" to avoid pushing applications the user already owns and improve user experience.

3. Obtain Device Status Information Permission including: (Device model, device MAC address, device unique identifiers (IMEI, AndroidID, Device ID, MEID, UUID, GAID, OAID, IDFA, OpenUDID, GUID, IMSI, CCID, MEID, serial number, WiFi SSID and BSSID, read Bluetooth address and IP address), operating system version, operating system name, etc.;

(1) Method of acquisition: Pop-up prompt. The application will only use this permission when the user actively clicks to agree upon permission request.

(2) Purpose and scope of use: When using our application, to analyze user usage of application functions and judge user authenticity, we will sync this permission with third-party SDKs, including Amap SDK, iFlytek SDK, etc.

4. Obtain Location Information Permission

(1) Method of acquisition: Pop-up prompt. The application will only use this permission when the user actively clicks to agree upon permission request.

(2) Purpose and scope of use: When the application requires the use of GPS, WiFi, or other functions, the product needs to collect your location and information to search for nearby Bluetooth devices.

2. Information Storage

1. Location of Information Storage

Personal information collected and generated within the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored on our servers and/or those of our affiliated companies.

2. Information Storage and Processing

We only store your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes or as required by laws and regulations. After you stop using this product, we will immediately stop collecting and processing your personal information and application data. After the aforementioned period expires, we will delete or anonymize the personal information you have provided to us.

Except for the necessary functions requiring corresponding system permissions, ZKEagle's cloud server does not store user personal information. Integrated third-party SDKs (iFlytek SDK, Amap SDK) will also perform anonymization and de-identification processing by the service provider, making it impossible to trace back to individual users. Information stored on the user's phone will be automatically deleted by the system when the user uninstalls ZKEagle or clears the cache.

3. Information Security

1. ZKEagle will take security measures and technical means in line with industry standards to store and protect your personal information, such as ensuring information security through identity authentication, data encryption, restricted data center access, and other security measures to prevent leakage, tampering, and destruction. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please also note that no security measure can achieve 100% security.

2. When using the services provided by ZKEagle, please protect your personal information properly. If you find that your personal information has been leaked, please contact us immediately so that we can take corresponding measures.

4. How We Use Collected Information

1. When implementing application business functions, we may use your personal information to ensure the integrity and security of the products and services we provide to you;

2. We use the collected information to understand your usage habits and, with the help of data analysis, identify service acceptability, your usage habits, etc., in order to test and create new products, functions, and services, improve service levels, assist us in improving existing services, and develop new services;

3. We may use your personal information for customer surveys related to this product and service, sending notifications related to this product and service, and commercial promotion content;

4. We use your information to conduct internal analysis and research related to the application;

5. Responding to Your Above Requests

To ensure security, you may need to provide a written request or prove your identity in other ways. We may require you to verify your identity before processing your request. For reasonable requests, we will respond and process promptly. For requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require excessive technical means (e.g., requiring the development of new systems or fundamental changes to current practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are highly impractical, we may refuse.

Under the following circumstances, in accordance with legal requirements, we will be unable to respond to your request:

① Related to national security and national defense security;

② Related to public security, public health, and significant public interests;

③ Related to crime investigation, prosecution, and trial, etc.;

6. Account Deletion

Users can perform the [Delete Account] operation in the APP. Steps:

(2) In the [User Settings] menu bar, click the [Delete Account] button to enter the account deletion interface

After deletion, the user's account information will be cleared

7. Application Permissions Description

To provide better product services, when you use this software, we will apply for the following permissions. Authorization will be requested when you enter the homepage or use the corresponding function. If you refuse, some corresponding functions will not work properly. The specific purposes and reminder methods of the permissions are described in detail below:

1) Location Permission:

Obtain the user's latitude and longitude location information via WiFi or mobile base stations.

When you use ZKEagle, we will search for nearby Bluetooth devices based on your geographic location. At the same time, to provide more stable services, optimize the product, and improve the experience, we will share the above information with third-party SDKs such as iFlytek and Amap to obtain ZKEagle operational data and functional services.

2) File Read/Write Permission:

When you enter the application and the application performs application management business functions, this permission is required.

3) Network Permission:

android.permission.INTERNET

When you use ZKEagle's information services and version upgrade services, the above permissions are required. At the same time, to improve the user experience and optimize service capabilities, third-party SDKs such as iFlytek will also use this permission.

4) Access Network State Permission:

android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE

android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE

Used to obtain whether the current network connection is effective, determine if it is a 4G environment, and whether to remind of network environment changes, thereby affecting the loading of information content. When you use ZKEagle, this permission will be applied for.

Changes in network status affect data point uploading and loading. Therefore, this Access Network State permission will be shared with platforms like iFlytek.

5) Obtain MAC Address Permission

When you use ZKEagle, the application will need to obtain the MAC address permission:

When the application needs to report target conversion data, third-party platforms like iFlytek need to use the MAC address.

6) Obtain Audio Recording Permission

When you use ZKEagle's voice input function, the audio recording permission is required, mainly used for voice input for translation and related functions.

7) Obtain WiFi SSID Permission

When this permission is used, the application will read the WiFi SSID permission:

When the application requires data analysis services, third-party platforms like iFlytek need to read the device's "WiFi SSID permission" to provide users with more accurate and effective functional services.

8) Obtain Bluetooth Permission

When this permission is used, the application will read the Bluetooth permission:

9) Obtain WiFi BSSID Permission

When the application needs to distinguish and identify users to provide functional services and perform data statistics, it will read the device's "WiFi BSSID" permission for:

To ensure the stable operation and functional implementation of our client, enabling you to use and enjoy more services and functions, our application embeds third-party software development kits (SDKs) or other similar applications. 9. Protection of Minors

Users of our products and services may include minors under the age of 18.
