1) ZKEagle is provided by Zhongke Eagle (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Eagle Technology"). It helps users manage Bluetooth devices and other products. 2) We hope this privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use ZKEagle software. Personal information refers to any information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person, either alone or in combination with other information. ZKEagle respects and protects the personal privacy of all users. Unless otherwise stipulated in this privacy policy, ZKEagle will not disclose this information to the public or provide it to third parties without your prior permission.

1. When you start using ZKEagle, we will begin collecting data about your use of the application;

2. ZKEagle may obtain your personal information from third parties or business partners through legal means;

To provide you with better product services, ensure network security during use, maintain normal operation of the product, and make optimizations and improvements, for the purpose of information services, after you actively click to agree to this privacy policy, when using the information services we provide, in addition to the personal information explicitly required by national laws and regulations to ensure the normal operation of basic app functions, we will collect other personal information from you:

3.1 To identify risky users, verify user authenticity, and comprehensively prevent fraudulent behavior, each time you open this software, we will read your device information once, including: (device model, device MAC address, device unique identifier (IMEI, AndroidID, Device ID, MEID, UUID, GAID, OAID, IDFA, OpenUDID, GUID, IMSI, CCID, MEID, serial number, WIFI SSID and BSSID), read Bluetooth address and IP address, operating system version, operating system name, user login account and password information, etc.;

3.2 When you use our product services, we may collect certain information through network logs or certain program software, such information may include: detailed usage of products and services, such as the time you open the application, duration of use, page addresses visited, etc.; device event information, such as crashes, system activities, etc., to optimize your device and improve our services;

3.3 To identify risky applications on the device and provide more secure functional services. Therefore, we need to obtain the list of applications currently running/installed on your device to ensure normal operation of the product and protect device security.

3.4 To analyze user application function usage and verify user authenticity, we need to perform data statistics and will collect the above device information when your device is in use, including device MAC address and device unique identifier.

3.5 Device signals: your device's network status, WIFI access point information, etc.;

3.6 Location information: we may use GPS, WiFi, or other technical means to collect and process information about your location to update local information and provide content services;

Note:

1) For the above information that is more sensitive personal information, such as user device information (IMEI number, call status, and identification code), GPS location information, photo media content, and file access permissions, we will obtain your consent before collection. For the collection of some non-sensitive information, it may be default and automatic. You can adjust the "Settings" option of your mobile device to restrict us from collecting relevant information from your mobile device or using specific permissions. When you restrict us from obtaining a certain permission, we may not be able to continue to provide you with the corresponding service, nor will we process your corresponding information.

2) We will not collect your ID number, personal biometric information, bank account number, property information, credit information, health and physiological information, and other sensitive personal information.

3) Regarding sensitive permissions: To use the application functions normally, this product needs to obtain the following permissions to provide normal product-related functional services.

1. Obtain storage read/write permissions

(1) Method of obtaining: pop-up prompt, when obtaining the permission, the application will only use this permission after the user actively clicks to agree

(2) Purpose and scope of use: used to scan resource cache files, thumbnails, etc. in the system, load music resources, and product images. Used to display on the App interface for users to view and operate.

2. Obtain application installation list permissions

(1) Method of obtaining: pop-up prompt, when obtaining the permission, the application will only use this permission after the user actively clicks to agree

(2) Purpose and scope of use: when the application needs to use advertising promotion services, third-party advertising platforms need to obtain the "app software installation list permission" of the device to prevent pushing applications that the user already has and improve the user experience.

3. Obtain device status information permissions including: (device model, device MAC address, device unique identifier (IMEI, AndroidID, Device ID, MEID, UUID, GAID, OAID, IDFA, OpenUDID, GUID, IMSI, CCID, MEID, serial number, WIFI SSID and BSSID, read Bluetooth address and IP address), operating system version, operating system name, etc.;

(1) Method of obtaining: pop-up prompt, when obtaining the permission, the application will only use this permission after the user actively clicks to agree

(2) Purpose and scope of use: when using our application, to analyze user application function usage and verify user authenticity, we will synchronize this permission to third-party SDKs, including Gaode SDK, iFlytek SDK, etc.

4. Obtain location information permissions

(1) Method of obtaining: pop-up prompt, when obtaining the permission, the application will only use this permission after the user actively clicks to agree.

(2) Purpose and scope of use: when the application needs to use GPS, WiFi, or other functions, the product needs to collect your location and information to search for nearby Bluetooth devices.

2. Information Storage

1. Location of information storage

The personal information we collect and generate within the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored on our and/or our affiliates' servers.

2. Information storage and processing

We only store your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purpose or as required by laws and regulations. After you stop using this product, we will immediately stop collecting and processing your personal information and application data. After the above period expires, we will delete or anonymize the personal information you have provided to us.

Except for the necessary functions that require corresponding system permissions, ZKEagle's cloud server does not store user personal information. The third-party SDKs accessed will also be anonymized and de-identified by the service provider (iFlytek SDK, Gaode SDK), making it impossible to track individual users. Information stored on the user's phone will be automatically deleted by the system when the user uninstalls ZKEagle or clears the cache.

3. Information Security

1. ZKEagle will take security measures and technical means that comply with industry standards to store and protect your personal information, such as ensuring information security through identity authentication, data encryption, and restricting data center access to prevent leakage, tampering, and damage. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please note that no security measures can be 100% secure.

2. When you use the services provided by ZKEagle, please protect your personal information properly. If you find that your personal information has been leaked, please contact us immediately so that we can take corresponding measures.

4. How We Use Collected Information

1. When implementing application business functions, we may use your personal information to ensure the integrity and security of the products and services we provide to you;

2. We will understand your usage habits through the collected information and, with the help of data analysis, identify the acceptability of services, your usage habits, etc., to test and create new products, functions, and services, improve service levels, and assist us in improving existing services and developing new services;

3. We may use your personal information for customer surveys related to this product and service, sending notifications related to this product and service, and commercial promotion content;

4. We will use your information to conduct internal analysis and research related to the application;

5. Sharing of Information

5. Respond to Your Above Requests

To ensure security, you may need to provide a written request or prove your identity in other ways. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. For your reasonable requests, we will respond and process them promptly. For requests that are groundlessly repeated, require excessive technical means (for example, require the development of new systems or fundamental changes to current practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are very impractical, we may refuse them.

In the following circumstances, in accordance with legal requirements, we will be unable to respond to your request:

① Related to national security and national defense security;

② Related to public safety, public health, and significant public interests;

③ Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, and trial;

④ There is sufficient evidence that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;

6. Account Cancellation

Users can perform the [Account Cancellation] operation in the APP. Steps:

(1) Enter the [My] page

(2) In the [User Settings] menu bar, click the [Account Cancellation] button to enter the account cancellation interface

After cancellation, the user account information will be cleared

7. Application Permission Description

To provide better product services, when you use this software, we will request the following permissions. When you enter the homepage or use the function, authorization will be requested. If you refuse, some corresponding functions will not work properly. The specific purposes and reminder methods of the permissions are described in detail below:

1) Location permissions:

When you use ZKEagle, we will search for nearby Bluetooth devices based on your geographic location. At the same time, to provide more stable services, optimize the product, and improve the experience, we will share the above information with third-party SDKs such as iFlytek and Gaode to obtain ZKEagle operational data and functional services.

2) File read/write permissions:

When you enter the application and the application performs application management business functions, this permission is required.

3) Network permissions:

android.permission.INTERNET

When you use ZKEagle's information services and version upgrade services, the above permissions are required. At the same time, to improve the user experience and optimize service capabilities, third-party SDKs such as iFlytek will also use this permission.

4) Obtain network status permissions:

android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE

android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE

Used to obtain whether the current network connection is valid, determine whether the current environment is 4G, and whether to remind of network environment changes, thereby affecting the loading of information content. When you use ZKEagle, this permission will be requested.

Changes in network status affect data point upload and loading. Therefore, the permission to obtain network status will be shared with platforms such as iFlytek.

5) Obtain MAC address permissions

When you use ZKEagle, the application needs to obtain MAC address permissions:

When the application needs to report target conversion data, third-party platforms such as iFlytek need to use MAC.

6) Obtain audio recording permissions

When you use ZKEagle's voice input function, audio recording permissions are required, mainly for voice input for translation and other related functions.

7) Obtain WIFI SSID permissions

When this permission is used, the application will read the WIFI SSID permissions:

When the application needs to use data analysis services, third-party platforms such as iFlytek need to read the device's "WIFI SSID permissions" to provide users with more accurate and effective functional services.

8) Obtain Bluetooth permissions

9) Obtain WiFi BSSID permissions

When the application needs to distinguish and identify users to provide functional services and perform data statistics, it will read the device's "WiFi BSSID" permissions for:

10) Obtain application installation permissions

1. The integrated [iFlytek] SDK and [Gaode Map] SDK in the application will obtain ICCID, IMSI, IMEI, SN, ANDROID, BSSID, ANDROID ID, SSID, IMSI, and other personal information in the background/foreground after the user agrees to allow use;

8. List of Third-party SDKs

1. To ensure the stable operation and functional implementation of our client, enabling you to use and enjoy more services and functions, our application will embed third-party software tool development kits (SDKs) or other similar applications. These third parties will collect and process relevant information in accordance with their own privacy policies to provide functions and advertising services normally. 9. Protection of Minors

Users of our products and services may include minors under the age of 18. If you do not agree to the above third-party service providers collecting the aforementioned information, please stop using this software immediately.
